Kheeddo Malt  –  Preparation Method: 

1. 1. Take two jumbo glasses of drinking water and boil it. Add some normal salt/pink salt or normal jaggery/farm jaggery in the boiling water as per your taste.
   2. Add 2 spoons of Kheeddo Malt Health Mix Powder in a separate small bowl and add some normal drinking water to it. Mix well thoroughly to avoid lumps. Keep it aside.
   3. Then transfer this thoroughly mixed liquid paste into the boiling water. Keep stirring continuously while the mixture is boiling for 8–10 minutes at low flame. After 10 minutes, turn off the flame when it reaches your desired consistency.
   4. Before serving, to enhance the taste of this health drink, you can add buttermilk / Chikoo, Honey, Lemon Juice, Chopped Onions, Coriander Leaves, Ginger Pieces, Green Chillies Pieces, Pomegranate Seeds, Grated Carrot and some dry fruits pieces as per your choice.
   5. Enjoy the taste.

• Use a dry spoon to prevent contamination of Malt Powder when measuring or storing.
